Our customers are at the centre of everything we do. In order to keep pace with the developments of technology and customer expectations, we are performing a major upgrade to our core banking systems that will enable further improvements of our digital services and cybersecurity.

Interruption to our services

Because of this major upgrade, your online banking and card services will be unavailable between 6:30pm, Friday 21 February 2025 and 8:30am, Saturday 22 February 2025.

Options to prepare yourself

To prepare for this interruption to our services, you may consider:

  • moving any automatic payments that are scheduled during this time to another time
  • withdrawing enough cash before the upgrade to cover your expenses or using an alternative payment option
  • transferring money, paying bills, or checking your account balance before or after the upgrade.
